PaymentPayment can be made via the website using Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal, if you wish to collect your part we accept payment via cash on collection or card payment upon arrival. Cheques are accepted but must be cleared before the item is collected or dispatched.
G-tec 4×4 have a great reputation for dispatching and delivering parts quickly. All UK deliveries are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered within 24/48hrs depending on which service has been selected. Regardless of which services you have selected all parcels will require a signature upon delivery so please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.
We are unable to post items on Saturdays and Sundays as the couriers we use do not operate a collection service on these days, any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday.
We arrange all Courier orders via FedEx. Parcels are delivered within 24/48hr depending on which service you have selected. This service requires a signature on delivery.
Royal Mail Service
Smaller items are sent via a Royal Mail recorded service, this service requires a signature on delivery. This is not a guaranteed service but parcels are normally delivered within 1 – 2 day.
We use a pallet service to deliver larger items such as Engines and Gearboxes, this is a 48hr service and will require a signature on delivery. Please provide a contact number so the pallet company can call to arrange delivery on a suitable date.
Multiple item discount
We are able to offer a discount on delivery for multiple items. If you wish to purchase more than one item please contact us so we can discuss your requirements.
We are happy to deliver parts to the majority of the world, we do however ask our customer to contact us to discuss the options and timescales available prior to purchase.

If you have purchased an item from us and believe there is an issue with the part, please contact us in the first instance so we can identify the problem and work with you to resolve it.
If a part is purchased in error please return to us within 14 days in original condition, parts must not have been fitted or tested in any way. Goods must be returned by the buyer and shipping cost paid. All parts are security marked so refunds will only be issued once the item has been received and originality confirmed. A refund of the purchase price less postage will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.
If a part is found to be faulty or damaged this must be returned to us within 30 days, we will always supply a replacement part where possible at our cost. Where a replacement part is not available a refund of the purchase price including postage and packaging will be returned via the same method as the payment was made. If the returned part is found not to be faulty and was fitted incorrectly the postage and packaging cost will not be returned.
No labour cost or garage fees will be covered under any circumstances.
